A beautiful example of the Patek Philippe Ellipse "TV Screen" reference 3604 in yellow gold, produced in 1975 and offered here as a full set. The 36 mm yellow-gold case has been polished in the past but still retains deep, well-defined hallmarks, showing only light surface wear with no major marks. The watch features a stunning champagne sigma dial with a tapestry-style texture, perfectly preserved and complemented by matching hands. Please note that the original papers mention a blue dial, from which we can reasonably infer that the dial was changed at some point—most likely by Patek Philippe in the late 1970s or 1980s, as sigma dials have not been available for decades and such changes were commonly executed during factory services of the era. The watch comes on a well-preserved black crocodile strap (non-Patek) with the original Ellipse style yellow-gold buckle. It is offered as a complete full set, including its exceptionally rare period-correct Patek Philippe presentation box that opens in two, undated papers confirming the reference, and a full Patek Germany service document from 2014. A superb and elegant vintage Patek Philippe, rarely seen in such complete form and preserved in excellent overall condition.
